The Garden of Eve series presents feminine beauty as primitive and innocent. The model represents pure femininity and is decorated with a vine linking her beauty to the Earth itself. Colorful flowers encircle Eve as she laments over their beauty, color and fragrance. The circle of flowers represents life that has been plucked from the vine while her staff is brittle and withered. Her innocence and purity are conflicted by the circle of plucked flowers and the brittle stick she bears as her staff.

Full Moon Banner Contest Winner - Sam Dobrow

Model Mayhem had a contest to create a banner with the theme “Full Moon”. I chose to crop a section of my fine art print “Luna” from the mythology series. Luna, also known as Selene, is the mythological goddess who carries the moon across the sky every night. My submission was selected among 15 winners for display on the Model Mayhem site during the full moon.

My entry was cropped from this fine art nude print, “Luna” (available for purchase).
